State Regulated Payment Rules

You will be paid by check for: 

• More than 2 batteries
• More than $1,000.00
• Any other restricted material

Your check will be mailed unless: 

• You gave a valid business license on file that would generate those materials in the ordinary course of business.
• You are registered with the state as a: charitable, philanthropic, religious, fraternal, civic, patriotic, social, school sponsored or non-profit organization.
• You are law enforcement acting in an official capacity.
• A public official acting under judicial process.

Your check will be mailed to the address we have on file.
